Library of models of systemic approaches

SYSTEMIC DECISION-MAKING PROCESS is influenced by 3 sources: sub-consciousness, knowledge, experiences. Consequently, there are three levels of decision-making that constantly intertwine and complement each other:

1. INSPIRATIONAL DECISION-MAKING = decision-making based on the inspiration that comes from the unconscious level (through the intuitive channel).

2. EXPERIENTIAL DECISION-MAKING = decision-making based on subjective personal experiences (or the team, the organizational (social) experiences).

3. ANALYTICAL DECISION-MAKING = decision-making based on objective knowledge and analysis of past events.
