Vibacom and European Journalism Center organized 4th Regional Conference on Innovation Journalism Stanford after Stanford 2009 which was held on September 3rd in Ljubljana, Slovenia (Gospodarsko razstavišče - Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre - Main building, 1. floor, Urška Hall).

The purpose of the conference was to contribute to the internationalisation of InJo concept throughout the region with global perspective and Slovenian business model.

Conference was for journalists, editors, communicators and all people working with media (specially in the field of innovation, economy, technology, IT, science etc.). Participants were coming from Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia and Hungary.

We discussed following items:

  • inovation as a journalistic topic,
  • education and proffesional development of journalists,
  • new media business models,
