Bogo Seme, business coach and consultant, is an owner of the company named Hedoni. He has developed a program Sunflower Hedon - training for sustainable development of holistic personality and personal branding. He helps, strengthens and develops the strategic thinking of individuals in a well of themselves, their families, businesses and wider society with the coaching, business training and consulting.

He gained his knowledge on several different schools. In Slovenia from GEA College – Faculty for Entrepreneurship, in Sweden from JIBS – Jonkoping International Business School, in Croatia from Cotrugli Business School and in Turkey from Bogazici University, Istanbul.

In student time, he was participating on several business competitions and also won awards at national and international level. At the same time, he was founder of student company, where different market projects were manifested, with stakeholders from local, national and global participants.

For the last 18 years, he has been gaining working experiences in family business in tourism and simultaneously in several other companies on the fields of education, international trade, ICT, media, advertising, sales, management consultancy etc. For the last 4 years, he has been working within his own company Davidon – Global Business Development on activities such as consultant, guest lecturer, finance organizer, supply manager, buyer agent, international trader and own new entrepreneurial start-ups. Countries involved are countries of Europe and Asia.

Tools/methodologies used in business world and also in personal life are practical, but yet with urgent consideration of cultural background and level of individual personal awareness. He is a member of several societies with common goal of better future.

Tonja Blatnik


CV Tonja Blatnik
Tonja Blatnik is a communication officer at The Managers’Association of Slovenia (MAS). She is an executive editor of the officialpublication of MAS - MQ magazine and assistant of Section of section of womenmanagers, which has more than 300 members, president of the section is SonjaGole. Tonja studied Sociology at Faculty for social sciences, University of Ljubljana.In her undergraduate thesis she represented her 3-years long research ethicaldilemmas concerning intersexuality for which she had also been nominated forprestiguos university award Prešernova nagrada. Now she is a postgraduate student,her research discipline is Management and development of organizations. Tonjais active in different projects that are connected with MAS or beyond. Latelyshe was nominated for a member of the jury for the Slovenian national award forcorporate social responsibility Horus, she also took part in the working groupfor refreshing Code of ethics of MAS.
