Violeta Bulc, M.Sc
Violeta Bulc, founder and director of Vibacom, expert on balanced sustainable development strategies, organic growth and innovation ecosystems. She believes in the power of networks, holistic individual, and positive energy. She has received 8 national awards for business innovations, as well as, together with her clients, 5 national FENIKS Awards for consulting projects (2004, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010). As entrepreneur she gets invited to different EU strategy and action groups. She is a member of management and supervisory boards of several professional associations (UN Chapter of Global Compact in Slovenia, Manager Association, Umanotera, and Chamber of Service Providers of Slovenia). She is also a member of Slovenian National Council for innovative society and an honorary member of Association of Slovenian Innovators. Among her special achievements is initialization and coordination of “InCo movement” which is a civilian initiative, connecting Slovenian professional community, as well as, systematically raising the awareness on innovation among youth.

Mary Kokalj
Mary Kokelj is an internationally recognized brand creator and manager that implement various elements of intellectual property to business area. She participates in the management of some of the world renowned brands. Primarily interested in the services and products with a high degree of innovation, unique projects and demanding markets. Her team develops excellence at different levels, high added values and implements new approaches to management, team integration and the creation of market challenges of multicultural integration. In their work involves creativity, leadership, coaching and guidance to the criteria of reaching positive working environment based on innovation modality. She believes in comprehensive set projects the effects in the long run. As a lecturer at three international faculties, shape the branding, the science of integrated brand management with an emphasis on expansion of strategic marketing and HR world.

2.Lara Raichmann young sculptor – the author of the InJo statuette

Since 2007, the recipient of the main InJo Award also receives the InJo statuette, handmade each year by the young sculptor Lara Raichmann. Lara is a student of the Poljane high school. She had been attracted to plasticine and clay since kindergarten, but her true creative story started when she joined the sculpture group mentored by Rosalija Arnšek. She still finds shaping heads and figures her greatest challenge. In addition to sculpting, her world includes dancing, swimming and an abundance of drawings and reading books.

3.Supportive team

Barbara Ogrinc is in charge of the Office management of Vibacom d.o.o., and an analyst in the Finance and Accounting Department.






Kaja Rangus has a status of young researcher in Vibacom. Her work is related to her doctoral thesis where she explores the status of open innovation in Slovenia and abroad.





Filip Bračevac has a function of marketing director in Studio Bračevac.






Denis Jančič is employed in Vibacom as an IT specialist in charge of computerization of Vibacom innovations.
